Yes the usps roosevelt field mall lobby hours is until 7pm. But the usps store closes 2 hours earlier at 5pm.

I would like to know what is the nearest entrance to the Post Office so I don't have to carry all of my packages, which I'm shipping, through the whole mall. The map of the mall is useless.

Very nasty. Waited on line for one hour only to find out it has to be mailed for renewal/name change due to marriage. I was fine with that part, but not when I asked for the charge and she told me to look on line where I go the app-that I had a problem with. Maybe she was just overworked, but not my problem...

The best Post office around, fast service. Went for a New passport and was finished in 5 minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable personnel.
